Born and raised in Queens, New York, Eric holds a law degree from Brooklyn Law School (1992), and a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Binghamton in Political Science (1986). After practicing law in Seattle, Washington, Eric returned to New York City where he founded his own practice in January 1996, specializing in real estate, matrimonial, and bankruptcy matters.
In 2009, Eric decided to shift his practice to focus solely on real estate matters. Over the years, he has handled thousands of successful closings while developing an esteemed reputation for his expertise and discipline in the field.
Passionate for the vibrancy of New York and its various cultural outlets from music to sports, Eric participates in numerous activities across the city, including the co-hosting of art-based real estate events, charitable endeavors, and coaching little league sports.
Eric lives in Queens, New York with his wife, two children, and Australian labradoodle.
The firm’s lead paralegal dedicated to purchase and sale files, assists clients with daily issues and works with Eric to assure that all parties are updated during each step of a transaction.
Oversees the firm’s lender files, serving as the liaison between the firm and lenders such as Citibank, Citizens Bank, Wells Fargo, TIAA, Freedom Mortgage and others. Additionally, Kathy handles the firms REO files throughout New York State. Kathy makes sure every file is handled professionally and efficiently from file acquisition to closing.
